A Monthly Offline User (MOU) is one of your own users that used
the Bridgefy SDK on your app in a 30-day period. One user can
engage with your app one, ten, or a hundred times, and that
person would still only count as one MOU, so you only pay a
total of $0.01 for that person.
Example: if you have 100,000 users in one month, and 50,000 used
your app without Internet at least one time, you only pay for
those 50,000 MOU.
An automatic charge to your credit card will be done after a
30-day period of having more than 20 Monthly Offline Users. If
you don’t pass the 20-user mark, your total will always be $0.
You can also skip registering a credit card.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
If you register a credit card upon sign-up, you’ll be seamlessly
changed to the Growth plan if you pass the 20 Monthly Offline
User mark. If you choose to skip registering a credit card,
access to the Bridgefy SDK will be limited once you pass the 20
Monthly Offline User mark, and you will then be given the option
to submit credit card information to continue using the SDK.
