Pricing FAQ

What is a MOU?

A MOU is a Monthly Offline User. We identify them as users that engage with your app thanks to the Bridgefy technology. Example: if you have 100 MAU (monthly active users) and 60 of them used your app thanks to Bridgefy, then we consider that month as having 60 MOU.

What is included in the price?

  • Complete iOS and Android SDK access with a React Native module option.
  • Dashboard analytics access
  • Technical support prioritized by selected plan: max 24 hour response for Free, max 12 hour response for Tiered, ASAP response for Enterprise.

Can I change my subscription at any time?

Yes, your subscription can be manually adjusted through the interface at any time or by emailing our support. The plan will be adjusted for next payment period.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. All data (test results, payment history and configuration) is owned by the user and can be canceled directly on the customer’s request. The Bridgefy technology would remain enabled for the remaining month in progress, and would afterwards stop working. You would be billed for the last time upon termination of the current 30-day period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard) invoices.
